The same four figures appear everywhere a price is shown.
- Initial price
- What you pay for the first billing period, before any options you add.
- Renewal price
- What you pay for every period after that. It is never hidden behind a tooltip, and it is shown next to the initial price.
- Setup fee
- A one-time charge, shown as its own line where it applies. Where there is none, the plan says "No setup fee".
- Tax
- A label next to every figure stating whether tax is included or excluded for this storefront.
- Billing period
- Monthly for servers, hosting and licenses. Annual terms for domains, set by the registry.
- Currency
- EUR. Prices are set in this currency, so an exchange-rate movement does not change what you are quoted.

Cancelling and refunds
Refund rules differ by product category: a domain submitted to a registry, an activated license and a recurring server service are not treated the same way. The Refund and Cancellation Policy states each category separately rather than as one blanket rule.
