Your first order
What happens between placing an order and having a service you can log in to.
Last updated 1 August 2026
An order moves through a small number of states. Each one is visible on the order page, so you can always tell whether you are waiting for a payment, for provisioning, or for something from us.
Order states

- Payment pending
